摘要
研究亚甲基给予体类型对酚醛树脂补强橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:在子午线轮胎三角胶胶料中加入未改性酚醛树脂与六甲氧基甲基蜜胺(HMMM)配合体系,相对加入六亚甲基四胺(HMT),胶料的硫化速度慢,焦烧时间略长,100%定伸应力及硬度略低但具有优异的抗硫化返原性;而加入混合型亚甲基给予体配合体系能够改善橡胶的硫化返原现象,并兼顾具有较好的加工及综合物理性能。
The influence of methylene donor type on the properties of phenolic resin reinforced rubber was investigated.The results showed that,compared with adding hexamethylene-tetramine(HMT),the cure rate of the bead filler compound with unmodified phenolic resin and hexamethoxymethylmelamine(HMMM)was slower,the scorch time was slightly longer,the tensile stress at 100% elongation and hardness were slightly lower,but the compound possessed excellent anti-reversion characteristics.It was found that with the addition of the mixed methylene donor system,the anti-reversion property of the compound was improved,and the processing property and physical properties of the compound were also good.
