我国革兰阴性菌耐药态势及其机制 被引量：8

摘要 细菌耐药问题是全球共同面临的挑战,革兰阴性菌的耐药问题尤为突出,针对耐药革兰阴性菌的新型抗菌药物种类少,且对新型抗菌药物耐药的问题不断被报道,广泛耐药（extensive drug resistance,XDR）菌、全耐药（pandrug resistance,PDR）菌不断出现,甚至在少部分医院、少数地区出现局部流行,需引起临床医生的高度重视.
