快开门式压力容器的应用越来越广泛。对于压力高、尺寸规格大的大型齿啮式卡箍连接件,掌握其应力分布情况,正确合理地进行结构设计极为重要。采用公式计算和有限元分析两种方法进行了分析对比,提出了适用于大型快开门式压力容器卡箍连接件的设计要点。

The application of quick actuating pressure vessel is more and more extensive. It is very important to grasp the stress distribution of the large tooth typical clamp connections with high pressure and large dimension, and to design the structural of the connections properly and reasonably. Two methods of formula calculation and finite element analysis are used to analyze and compare, and the design points for large open door pressure vessel clamps are put forward.
