新型油基钻井液泥饼清洗液评价装置的室内研究

摘要 针对现场油基钻井液泥饼清洗液评价装置操作复杂、系统误差大等问题,研制出一套操作简单、误差小,且能模拟清洗液循环过程及井下温度的评价装置。该装置主要由恒温水槽、流量泵、泥饼固定床、循环泵、耐温防腐釜体及变径缓冲管道等部件组成。与传统的摇瓶法、钻屑柱法和旋转粘度计法相比,该仪器不仅可以模拟现场清洗液循环过程及井下温度,而且测定结果平行性好,具有推广应用价值。 In view of the problems such as complex operation and large systematic error in the existing evaluation devices for cleaning solution. A simple operation, small systematic error evaluation device is developed. This device can simulate the cleaning solution circulation process and down hole temperature. The device is mainly composed of constant temperature waters tank, flow meter, mud cake fixed bed, circulating pump, temperature resistant anti-corrosion kettle body and variable diameter buffer pipeline. Compared with the traditional shake flask method, the drill cuttings column method and the rotary viscometer method, the instrument can not only simulate the circulation process of the cleaning fluid in the field and the down hole temperature , but also has the advantages of good parallelism and popularization value.
