摘要
目前,糖尿病在全球均有较高的发病率,随着人们对其发病机制认识的不断深入,涌现出很多新型抗糖尿病药物。本研究围绕新型抗糖尿病药物奥格列汀展开,并对其中间体的合成路线进行了改进。改进后路线具有步骤短,收率高,条件温和,操作简便等优点。所有合成的化合物都经~1H NMR确证。
Diabetes have a high rate of incidence in the world at present. With the understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetes continues, many new anti-diabetic drugs appear. This paper reviews different types of novel anti-diabetic drugs in recent years. In our research, the synthesis route of novel anti-diabetic drug Omarigliptin has been improved, which has the advantages of short steps, high yield, mild conditions and easy operations. The structures of all the intermediates were confirnled by ^1H NMR.
