摘要 以生活垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液处理工艺膜生物反应器(MBR)+反渗透(RO)膜中的RO膜为研究对象,分别研究碱性清洗剂中乙二胺四乙酸四钠、三聚磷酸钠、及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用量和酸性清洗剂中柠檬酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐用量,不同化学清洗顺序对RO膜清洗效果影响。结果表明,三聚磷酸钠用量5.0 kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5 kg、EDTA-4Na用量5.0 kg时,碱性清洗剂对RO膜清洗效果达到最佳;磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐用量5.0 kg、柠檬酸用量20.0 kg时,酸性清洗剂对RO膜清洗效果达到最佳;先碱洗后酸洗的方式更能提升RO膜清洗效果。 To study the effects of EDTA-4Na dosages, STPP dosages and AEO dosages in alkaline cleaning agents, citric acid dosages and sodium diethylhexyl sulfosuccinate dosages in acid cleaning agents, and different chemical cleaning sequences on RO membranes cleaning capacity, respectively, the RO membranes for MBR+RO system in leachate treatment process of sanitary landfill were used as the research object. The results showed that the best RO membranes cleaning effects for alkaline cleaning agents was achieved, when dosages of STPP, AEO, and EDTA-4Na were 5.0 kg, 0.5 kg, and 5.0 kg, respectively. The best RO membranes cleaning effects for acid cleaning an agent was achieved, when dosages of citric acid and sodium diethylhexyl sulfosuccinate were 20.0 kg and 5.0 kg, respectively. Meanwhile, the cleaning way of acid washing after alkali washing might enhance and improve RO membranes cleaning effects.
