清洗柴油槽车清洗剂的筛选试验研究

Study on Screening of Cleaning Agent for Cleaning Diesel Tank Car

喷气燃料的质量要求比较高,在装运过程中,经常会因为槽车的污染而使喷气燃料质量不合格。针对这一问题,选择了七种品牌清洗剂,在相同条件下进行清洗试验,按照清洗质量检验标准进行检验。试验结果表明:从罐车目测洁净程度、白布条试验洁净程度和锈粉含油率的比较中,清洗剂A和B要明显优于其它品牌清洗剂,这为清洗剂的选择提供了依据。

Jet fuel quality requirements are relatively high, in the shipping process, often because of the pollution of tank cars and jet fuel quality. In order to solve this problem, seven kinds of cleaning agents were selected, and the cleaning tests were carried out under the same conditions. The experimental results showed that from the tanker visually clean degree, white stripe rust powder and test the cleanliness rate of oil, cleaning agent A and B was significantly better than that of other brands of cleaning agent, which provides the basis for the selection of cleaning agent.
