摘要
针对安徽省农村生活污水水质波动大、氮磷含量较高、运行管理难度较大等特点,在对安徽省各片区农村生活污水治理设施建设运行的现状进行全面调研的基础上,通过分析处理技术效果及运行管理过程中存在的难点,寻求抗冲击负荷能力强、氮磷去除效率高、自动化程度高、后期运行管理难度小、节能环保并适应安徽省不同分区气候环境的污水处理工艺。并针对目前安徽省农村生活污水运行管理中存在的难点提出确保规划先行、形成部门合力、配套标准政策、强化监督管理、加强运行维护、开展普查摸底、加大资金投入、提供技术支持,以实现安徽省农村生活污水治理设施的稳定长效管理。
