城市黑臭水体成因及治理思路初探

Study on the Cause of the Black Odorous Water Body and Treatment Technology in Urban

当前,城市黑臭水体问题已成为制约区域经济社会可持续发展的"瓶颈",治理黑臭水体亟不可待。水体黑臭的成因较为复杂,是内源污染和外源污染以及其他因素共同造成的结果。针对黑臭水体,笔者认为技术上采用外源阻断、内源控制、生态净化、活水富氧等方法,采用PPP模式推进治理,实现资金利用和水体水质持续改善双赢的局面,具有较好的推广作用。此外,随着微生物修复技术的兴起,将在黑臭水体修复领域拥有较好前景。

Nowadays, the black odorous water body has become a ＂bottleneck＂ that restricts the development of the sustainable of social and economic which need to be treated on the spot. The reason for the black odorous water body was complicated, and the internal pollution and the external pollution are the main reason which lead to the black odorous water body. Aiming at the black odorous water body, by the Model of PPP, interdicting the exogenous, controlling the endogenous, and purifying ecologically, circulating the water and enriching the oxygen and the others measures have realized the double-win situation between the funds-utilizing and effect-improving, it also has a good reference to to other treatment of the black odorous water body. Besides , with the development of microbial repairing technology, it will have a better future.
