摘要
东海某天然气处理厂因进站气量增加,现有设施无法满足新的生产需求,故需进行改扩建及相应系统的校核改造工作,其中涉及外输压缩机的扩建及燃气透平余热的综合利用。处理厂原供热系统由导热油系统供热,本次改造后由余热回收供热;原进站凝液处理装置塔顶气用作低压燃料气,供热系统改造后低压燃料气用量锐减,需要重新考虑塔顶气的去向,经方案分析比选及相关资料的查阅,发现并改正了原设计图纸的错误,得出最终改造方案:新增塔顶控制阀和管线,将塔顶气引入高压燃料气系统。
Due to increasing inlet gas volume, a natural gas plant has to be revamped, which include the expansion of export compressor and gas turbine heat recovery. As the heating system will change from the hot oil system to the waste heat recovery system, the top gas of the stabilization tower need to de reconsidered. Through the program analysis and selection of relevant information, found and corrected the original design drawings of the error, the final revamping plan: add tower top control valve and pipelines to introduce the top gas into high pressure fuel gas systems.
