“卓越计划”背景下工业工程人才培养方案研究

The Research on the Talents Training Program of Industrial Engineering under the Background of “Excellence Plan”

基于工业工程专业"卓越计划"中提出的4个方面培养目标和13项能力要求,设计了包含2层指标体系的调查问卷,对东北林业大学工业工程专业300名在校本科生进行了问卷调查,应用卡方检验等方法对4个培养目标和13项能力要求的重要性等进行了分析。同时,分析了工业工程专业设置的9门核心课程与13项能力要求的相关性。根据研究结果给出了工业工程专业人才培养方案修订的参考意见。

The essay proposed 4 aspects of the training objective and 13 capability requirements which based on the ＂excellence plan＂ of industrial engineering, designed the questionnaire which contains 2 level index system, and conducted the survey on 300 industrial engineering undergraduates of northeast forestry university, then analyzed the importance of 4 training objectives and 13 competency requirements by means of chi-square test. Simultaneously, analyzed the correlation between the 9 core courses which set by industrial engineering specialty and the 13 competency requirements. Given the reference observation about the talent training program of industrial engineering specialty according to the research results.
