医化产业转型背景下地方高校人才培养对接社会需求的实践和思考——以台州学院为例

Practice and Thoughts on Local University Talent Training Docking Social Needs under the Background of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry Transformation-Taking Taizhou University as an Example

针对当前普遍存在的高校人才培养模式与地方产业发展对接不够的现象,本文试图以台州学院医药化工学院为例,结合台州医化产业转型实际,从地方高校人才培养与产业转型升级的内在关联性入手,提出在产业转型升级大背景下,地方高校必须适应市场需求变化,创新应用型人才培养模式,实现高校人才培养与地方产业发展的互动共赢。

Aiming to the deficiency of docking phenomenon of university talent training mode and local industry development, this paper attempts to take school of pharmaceutical and chemical Engineering, Taizhou University as an example, combines with the transformation of Taizhou pharmaceutical and chemical industry, from the intrinsic relevance of the local university talent training and industrial transformation and upgrading, proposes the local university must adapt to the change of market demand and innovate the applied talent training mode, to realize the win-win situation of university talent training and local industry development.
