摘要
食品分析是食品专业的一门主干课程,具有较强的理论性、实践性和系统性。为适应高等教育对学生创新能力的培养要求,结合笔者多年对该课程的教学实践及体会,分析了食品分析课程传统考核方式存在的问题和弊端、提出了考核内容和模式的改进方法和措施,实践证明,这种考核模式的变革能使学生更好掌握相关专业知识和技能,增强了学生的动手能力和创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food analysis is a main course of food science and engineering specialty with strong theory, practicality and systematization. In order to adapt to the cultivation of students' innovative ability, this paper analyzed the problems and drawbacks of traditional assessment methods of food analysis course and introduced the reform methods and measures of assessment model. Practices showed that the reform of this model enabled students to better master professional knowledge and skills, and enhanced the practical ability and innovation ability of students, and had achieved good teaching results.
