摘要 萃取剂为TOA(三正辛胺),稀释剂分别为甲苯、丙三醇、异辛醇、磺化煤油,按不同比例混合成有机相,在相比O/A=1︰1时,对某冷轧钢板厂的除锈废盐酸进行萃取分离。废盐酸中含总铁11.45%(143.12 g/L)、亚铁9.68%(121.12 g/L)、三价铁1.77%(22.12 g/L)、氯化氢0.67mol/L(24.61 g/L),以及微量二氧化硅固体。结果表明:在30%TOA+60%甲苯+10%异辛醇(均为体积百分比)时,总铁的萃取率能够达到13.44%,酸的萃取率达55.33%,(总铁/酸)选择性系数为7.89,能较有效分离总铁与酸。 The extractant was TOA (Tri-n-octylamine), the diluents were toluene, glycerol, isooctanol and kerosene. The organic phase was mixed with different proportions, and extracted from the cold rolled steel plant waste hydrochloric acid derusting extraction under the o/a=1 : 1. The total iron content of the waste hydrochloric acid solution is 11.45 %(about 143.12 g/L), the ferrous content is 9.68 % (about 121.12 g/L), the ferric content is 1.77 % (about 22.12 g/L), the acid content is 0.67 mol/L(about 24.61 g/L), and the trace silica is solid.The experimental results show that,under the condition of 30 % TOA+60 % Toluene+10 % Glycerol (both volume percentage), the total iron extraction rate can reach 13.44 %, the extraction rate of acid reached 55.33 %, and the selectivity coefficient of total iron/acid was 7.89, the total iron and acid could be separated more effectively.
