摘要 目的探讨桦褐孔菌复合多糖对实验性2型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法四氧嘧啶造模,连续灌胃9天。通过观察小鼠的排便量及精神状态、饮食量和饮水量、体重、血糖、肝糖原、胸腺、脾脏、肝脏和肾脏指数,考察降糖作用。结果复合多糖高、中、低剂量组的小鼠多饮、多食、多尿等症状均有改善,高中低剂量均提高了小鼠胸腺、脾脏、肝脏及肾脏指数和肝糖原水平。结论以桦褐孔菌为主的复合多糖有降低血糖的作用,低剂量组复合多糖效果最佳,并优于单一桦褐孔菌多糖,显示出复合多糖组分的协同作用。 Object: To investigate the bypoglycemic affect of the compound polysaccharide of lnonotus obliquus on experimental type 2 diabetic mice. Methods: A diabetic mouse model was established by alloxan, After 9 days treatment. The effects of hypoglycemic effect were observed by observing the defecation and mental status, diet and water consumption, body weight, blood glucose, glycogen, thymus, spleen, liver and kidney index. Result: The polysaccharides in the high, medium and low dose groups of the compound polysaccharide were improved, and the effect was better than that of the positive control group. High and low dose of polysaccharides increased the mouse thymus, spleen, liver and kidney index and liver glycogen levels. Conclusion: The compound polysaccharides based on obliquus obliquus can reduce the blood sugar of diabetic mice.The effect of low dose compound polysaccharide was better than that of lnonotus obliquus polysaccharide, showing a synergistic effect of the compound polysaccharide component.
