摘要
本文构建了一种新型的基于f-OMC-MoS2/IL/GCE的多巴胺电化学传感器。经实验,该传感器在1.05×10^(-6)~3.60×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1)较宽的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限低至2.6×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)。经研究,该传感器有一定的抗干扰性,可用于实际样品中多巴胺的准确检测。
A novel dopamine electrochemical sensor based on f-OMC-MoS2/IL/GCE is constructed in this paper. The experimental determination of the sensor in the wide concentration range of 1.05× 10^-6- 3.60× 10^-4 mol·L-1 showed a good linear relationship. The detection limit is as low as 2.6× 10^-8 mol·L-1. At the same time, the sensor has a certain anti-interference, and can be used for accurate detection of dopamine in real samples.
