摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法及浸渍提拉法,在普通载玻片上制得了Fe_2O_3/TiO_2纳米复合薄膜,用于有机磷农药敌敌畏的光降解中。实验结果表明,纳米复合薄膜的光催化活性优于纯TiO_2薄膜的光催化活性,当Fe_2O_3的摩尔含量为0.5%,光照时间为80 min,敌敌畏的光降解效率最高。
A sol-gel method was used to synthesize TiO2-SiO2 composite nanocrystalline film on the glass substrates in this paper. The feasibility study on degradation of dichlorvos, one of organic phosphorous pesticide, by photocatalysis at the surface of the composite nanocrystalline film was carried out. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2-SiO2 composite nanocrystalline films were superior to that of pure TiO2 films. The films containing 0.5 % Fe2O3 and irradiated 80 min by ultraviolet light had the best degradation rate of dichlorvos
