摘要
通过对助熔剂碱度进行改性,研究了不同碱度助熔剂对铀污染碳钢熔炼去污性能的影响。试验结果表明:特定的熔炼去污工艺条件下,使用推荐的熔炼去污助熔剂,可使铀污染碳钢,在熔炼去污处理后,金属铸锭中铀含量≤2μg/g(或活度浓度≤0.125 Bq/g)的水平,从而使铀污染碳钢在熔炼去污处理后,可以进行清洁解控。
The effect of different alkalinity slags on the decontamination performance of uranium contaminated carbon steel was studied by modifying slags alkalinity. The result shows that the recommended melt decontamination slags can make uranium contaminated carbon steel after the melt decontamination process, the content of uranium in the metal ingot is less than or equal to 2 μg/g (Concentration ≤0.125 Bq/g) level, so that uranium contaminated carbon steel in the melt decontamination treatment, cleaning solution can be carried out.
