GC-μECD法同时测定土壤中四种白蚁防治药物

摘要 本文建立了GC-μECD法同时测定土壤中四种白蚁防治药物毒死蜱、氯菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯的方法。方法以丙酮-石油醚(1∶1)提取,3%硫酸钠溶液分层,弗罗里硅土SPE净化,GC-μECD测试。四种药物在0.01~10μg/m L内的线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,在两种土壤中的加标回收率在84.1%~102.3%,相对标准偏差RSD在0.59%~2.65%,检出限LOD为0.2~1.8 mg/kg,定量限LOQ为0.6~6.0 mg/kg。本方法具有干扰少,准确,便捷的优势,可为白蚁预防工程土壤化学屏障药物检测提供技术支持。 A method was developed for the determination of four termiticides against termites in soil by gas chromatography configurated with micro electro capture detector. The four pesticides refered to chlorpyrifos, permethfin, bifenthrin and fenvalerate. The samples were ectracted by mixture of acetone and petroleum ether (1:1, v/v), washed with 3 % sodium sulfate solution, followed with clean-up by Florisil-phase extraction, tested by GC-μECD in the end. The four insecticides showed a good linear result with the range of 0.01 to 10 μg/mL. The regression coefficients was surpass 0.999. Recoverys in two varied soil ranged from 84.1% to 102.3 % with the relative standard deviations of 0.59 %-2.65 %, the detection limits were 0.2 -1.8 mg/kg and quantification limits 0.6-6.0 mg/kg. The advantage of this method was less interference, precise, convenient and fast. It can be served as technical support for the examination and evaluation of soil chemical barrier in termite prevention project.
