紫外光度法臭氧检测仪不确定度评定

摘要 随着城市的发展,臭氧作为城市环境空气污染中的重要问题也逐渐被人们所关注,也成为了环境检测领域的重点关注对象。紫外光度法作为国际标准化组织所推荐的方法,也是我国环境保护部认可的标准方法。而紫外光度法臭氧检测仪目前作为环境监测站监测臭氧的主要仪器得到了广泛的推广和应用。紫外光度法臭氧检测仪的性能逐渐成为人们关注的重点。本文选用环境监测站的使用的常见型号THERMO 49I为例,介绍了紫外光度法臭氧检测仪的结构原理,并依据《JJF 1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示》进行不确定评定,评定结果反映了测量的准确度和置信区间。 With the development of the city, ozone, as an important problem of air pollution in urban environment, has been gradually concerned by people, and has become the focus of attention in the field of environmental testing. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry as a recommended method by the international organization for standardization is also a standard method approved by the Ministry of environmental protection of china. Ultraviolet Photometric ozone detector is widely used in environmental monitoring stations to monitor ozone. The performance of Ultraviolet Photometric ozone detector has gradually become the focus of attention. The common type THERMO 49I use of the environmental monitoring station as an example, this paper introduces the structure and principle of UV spectrophotometry ozone detector, and on the basis of the "JJF 1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement" of uncertainty, evaluation results reflect the measurement accuracy and confidence interval.
