摘要 学生课堂参与度是推动其自主学习、思考、探索与创新的一种直接动力,是培养其学习兴趣,激发其学习积极性的有效途径,是获得良好课堂教学效益的必要条件。本文围绕学生是教学主体与中心的思想,以提高其课堂参与度为导向,通过引导学生树立对有机化学的正确认识、结合丰富多样的授课模式以及科学客观的考核体系,将"学"的主动权交给学生,引领学生在学习有机化学理论知识的同时,为培养其自主学习、独立思考、团队合作意识、探索意识以及创新能力奠定基础。 Abstract Students' participation in class as requirement for obtaining fine teaching efficiency is an effective way to promote their independent learning thinking, exploration and innovation. Additionally, it is also an effective way to cultivate their interest in learning and stimulate their learning enthusiasm. This paper center on the protagonists of teaching, students, through that guid they to understand correctly organic chemistry, combine with a variety of teaching modes and scientific objective assessment system, to improve participation of students in teaching. To cultivate the students' independent learning, independent thinking, teamwork awareness, exploration and innovation, teacher should return the "learning" initiative to the students.
