本文列举了炼厂当前在用的5类重整生成油脱烯烃工艺,通过全面技术经济比较,分析了各自优缺点,并认为加氢工艺适应于产品质量要求较严苛且对环境保护要求较高的企业其中又尤以FITS加氢工艺产品质量最好,同时投资及生产成本相对低廉,是今后重整生成油脱烯烃工艺的发展趋势。

This paper lists ,the current, the five kinds of ways used in the refinery to removal of olefins from reformate, through a comprehensive technical and economic comparison, analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages, and that the hydrogenation process to meet the more stringent product quality requirements and environmental protection requirements High-tech enterprises which in particular, the FITS hydrogenation process products, the best quality, while investment and production costs are relatively low ,is the future development trend of reformate to removal olefin process.
