促纤维增生性小圆细胞瘤 （Desmoplastic small round cell tumor,DSRCT）是一种极为罕见的恶性肿瘤,具有高侵袭性、早期转移的特点. 1989年首次由Gerald等报道,其发病率仅为0.2%-0.5%,发病年龄3-74岁,
