加味四妙散配合口服西药治疗膝骨关节炎40例

Modified Simiao Powder Combined with Oral Western Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 40 Cases

目的探讨加味四妙散配合口服西药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取膝骨关节炎80例,随机等分成两组,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊、盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,治疗组在此基础上增加口服加味四妙散(苍术、黄柏、牛膝、薏苡仁、骨碎补),7天一个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,对比疗效。结果治疗组优良率达92.5%,对照组优良率达62.5%。两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加味四妙散配合西药口服治疗对膝骨关节炎疗效确切,并优于单纯口服塞来昔布胶囊、盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Simiao powder combined with oral Western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Celecoxih capsules and Glueosamine Hydrochloride capsules. The treatment group was given modified Simiao powder （Atractylodes rhizome, phellodendron, Achyranthes root, coix seed, Rhizoma Drynariae） on the basis of the control group. 7 days was one course of treatment. After treatment for 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 92.5% , and the excellent and good rate of the control group was up to 62.5%. The two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Modified Simiao powder combined with oral Western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has exactly therapeutic effect, and is better than only taking Celecoxib capsules and Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules.
