在乡村城镇化驱动影响下,传统民居宅院形制、建构建造方法均与当代农民家庭结构、价值观念显现出较大偏差。因而,如何探寻一种原型、模式及策略,能够在传统记忆与现代功能需求之间形成可兼顾的平衡介态,就显得尤为重要。方案以低造价实现村民生活品质的改善和提升为首要前提,同时遵循简单易行、便于施工营造、利于推广的政府诉求,并力求还原乡村本真。

Under the driving effect of rural urbanization, the house pattern and tectonic methods of traditional vernacular houses have shown great differences from the family structure and values of contemporary peasant families. Therefore, it is particularly important to find a prototype, form and strategy, to make a balance between the traditional memory and modern functional requirements. In this case, we define the first prerequisite of improving and enhancing the life quality of native people with low cost. Meanwhile, following the government＇ s demands of being easy to implement, convenient to construct, advantageous to promote, we try to restore the authenticity of the village.
