多方参与--独克宗古城传统民居重建导则编制关键点

Multi-stakeholder Involvement:The Key of the Reconstruction Guidelines of Dukezong Traditional Residence

一座城镇的发展,如果失去正确的引导就会迷失方向。独克宗古城的重建尤其需要这份正确的引导。如何在民居建造中有效延续文化,是导则要解决的关键问题。基于建筑师、住户、工匠、管理者、游客以及关注者的多方参与,以不同角度诠释导则,并提出反馈意见。通过多方参与模式的阐述,给出导则如何引导建筑师以外的人群正确地参与到保护中,从而保证民居建造导则的适用性和实用性,体现多方参与模式在导则动态研究中的重要作用。

A town will get lost in the pursuit of development without proper guidance. The reconstruction of Dukezong ancient town needs a correct guidance more than others. It should be resolved in the guidelines how to continue culture in the process of residential construction. Based on participation of architects, villagers, craftsmen, managers, visitors and followers, this paper explains guidelines in different points and provides feedback. In order to ensure the applicability and usefulness of residential construction guidelines and reflect the importance of multilateral involvement in the dynamic research of guidelines, it is proposed in the paper how guidelines guide people other than architects to take part in the protection by illustration of multi-stakeholder model.
