摘要
价值工程是通过功能分析,在保证产品必要功能的前提下,最大程度的减少企业成本投入,从而提高企业利润的一种管理技术。运用价值工程理论从产品的功能分析、方案创造、方案评价和方案实施的角度,论述该理论在产品开发设计中的运用。
The value engineering is a management technology that reduces the cost of enterprise and enhances the profit of the enterprise by the function analysis, in the premise of guaranteeing the necessary function of the product. The application of the theory in product development and design is discussed by using value engineering theory from the viewpoint of functional analysis, scheme creation, program evaluation and implementation of the product.
