摘要
通过微波隐身材料结构设计 ,采用密度较小的碳团簇型原料 ,制备得到了具有良好吸波性能的双层结构碳团簇型微波隐身涂层材料。该材料厚度为 (1.85± 0 .1)mm ,密度为 1.16g/cm3 ,在 8~ 12 .4GHz频率范围内 ,最小反射率达 -3 0dB ,其中反射率小于 -10dB的吸收带宽近 60 % 。
The bi layer structural carbon cluster like microwave stealthy material coating was designed and prepared by making use of low density carbon cluster like material. With thickness of (1.85±0.1)mm and density of 1.16g/cm 3, the bi layer structural carbon cluster like microwave stealthy material coating possessed good radar absorbing property in the frequency range (8~12.4GHz), its minimum reflectivity was -30dB, and the frequency width with reflectivity under -10dB reached 60% of the whole frequency range. In the mean time, it was environmentally stable in the aspect of the reflectivity.
