治理腐败是一项极其复杂的系统工程,需要综合考量相关实践规律和条件因素,既从整体布局上建构协同性腐败治理体系,又在常态化实践中催生持续性廉洁增量,实现"惩防并举,标本兼治"的目标。理解当代中国全面从严治理腐败的现实性和可能性,必须明确社会主义廉政建设的政道逻辑,明确全面从严治党及全面治理腐败的逻辑。在攻坚克难之际,从学理上澄清质疑中国政府反腐败"彻底性"的若干错误思潮,有助于总体把握"全面治理"的战略布局和"从严治理"的战略要求,从整体上构建和优化当代中国腐败治理体系及其实践机制。

It is a very complex system engineering to anti-corruption,which needs to make a comprehensive consideration on the law restriction and the condition constraint according to nor^nalization and strategic practice. Optimizing political ecology to CPC is an important path for comprehensively strengthen Party discipline. It is necessar^^ to clarify the political logic and theoretical logic of scien-tific socialism of building a clean government with a profound understanding of strategic significance of anti-corruption in contemporary＇ China by taking a critical analysis on the various misperceptions from the perspective of academics,so as to establish a sustainable and modern governance system for anti-corruption effectively with Chinese characteristics.
