摘要
利用化学沉淀法、均匀沉淀法和乳液法合成了不同晶粒尺寸的纳米ZnS。用X射线衍射和透射电镜研究了材料的晶体结构和陶瓷微结构 ,用TG DTA测定了材料的热稳定性 ,探讨了不同实验方法对纳米颗粒晶粒度和材料气敏性能的影响。结果表明 ,610℃以前ZnS能在空气中稳定存在 ,且乳液法制得的ZnS颗粒细小 ,气体灵敏度高 。
Nanometer ZnS with different particle size were prepared by chemical precipitation, precipitation from homogeneous solution, emulsion, respectively. Crystal structure and ceramic microstructure of the powders were studied by XRD and TEM. The thermal stability was measured by TG DTA. The effects of different methods on the mean grain size and the gas sensitivity of materials were discussed. The results show that the temperature from ZnS to ZnO was 610℃, and ZnS made by emulsion method has smaller grain size, its gas sensitivity was higher and working temperature was lower than that of the others.
