摘要 调研了华电集团内若干燃气电厂余热锅炉低压蒸发器的运行情况及其主要失效模式。结果表明,流动加速腐蚀(FAC)是导致此类低压蒸发器管泄漏的主要原因。阐述了流动加速腐蚀的机制及相关影响因素,并从设计、选材、运行和检修维护等方面提出了针对性的防治措施。 In this paper,running conditions and main failure modes of low pressure evaporators in heat recovery boilers of several gas power plants of Huadian Corporation were investigated.The result shows that flow accelerated corrosion( FAC) is the main reason of tube leakage in low pressure evaporators. After that,this paper expounded the corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors of FAC,and proposed some countermeasures from the aspects of design,material selection,operation and maintenance,etc.
