摘要
针对某M701DA型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组在部分负荷段燃气轮机透平排气温度偏离温控基准值过大,引起排气温度严重偏离余热锅炉最佳设计温度工作点,进而影响整个机组联合循环的热效率,通过对压气机进口导叶(IGV)控制逻辑的分析,提出了IGV优化调整措施,提高了燃气轮机的排气温度,最终达到降低燃气轮机发电气耗的目的。
Based on the problem of a M701 DA type gas-steamcombined cycle unit exhuast temperature deviated from base value in certain load ranges,and deviated from waste heat boiler optimum design temerature,control logic of compressor inlet guide vent( IGV) was analyzed. The adjustment measurement of IGV was indicated. Turbine exhaust temperature was increased. The objective of to reduced gas turbine generating gas consumption was achieved.
