摘要
越南沿海三期电站汽轮发电机组在空负荷和正常运行状态下的振动值偏大,尤其是在发电机温升试验时,发电机的振动值随着励磁电流的变化而变化。通过分析认为,机组的振动主要是由转子的不平衡量引起,通过现场动平衡,有效地解决了机组在各工况下振动偏大的问题。
The generating unit of Vietnam Duyen Hai 3 Thermal Power Plant was over-vibrating in no-load and normal operating condition. Especially in generator temperature-rise test,the vibration value varied with variation of exciting value. After analysis,unit vibration was mainly caused by rotor imbalance. By site balance adjustment,the problem of over-vibration was effectively solved.
