摘要
某热电有限公司为2×330 MW亚临界燃煤供热机组采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,脱硫装置按照1炉1塔布置。脱硫系统在长期运行的情况下,脱硫浆液在循环过程中,在脱硫塔底部结垢的情况时有发生,针对电厂出现结垢异常的分析和处理措施研究,对保障脱硫系统安全,可靠和经济运行显得十分重要。
A power plant has two units of 330 MW sub-critical coal-fired units,and adopted gypsum-limestone wet type flue gas desulfurization system. Desulfurization system was equipped for each boiler and with one stacker. Abnormal scaling was found in desulfurization system operating. Base on this problem,analysis was carried out,and treatment measurements was indicated.Which is critical for the unit safety,reliability and economic.
