摘要
从提升区域竞争力的视角研究郑州航空港和国际陆港建设的作用机理,对更好地探讨河南省融入"一带一路"国家战略的路径,有一定的理论价值和现实意义。首先分析了影响区域竞争力的关键因素,然后以区域竞争力提升的理论基础为依据,结合航空港和国际陆港建设的非凡实践,深入剖析空陆两港建设对提升河南省区域竞争力的作用。发现:改善河南省区域要素禀赋可提升区域基础竞争力;空港陆港产业集聚可提升区域核心竞争力;小区带动大省可提升区域主导竞争力。最后提出应坚持以市场为主,加强政府保障作用;加大产业集聚,保证有货可流;发展多式联运,实现有货能流。
In order to investigate the path of integrating Henan Province into the Belt and Road, it is necessary to study the influence mechanism of regional economic competitiveness. This paper analyzes the key factors affecting regional competitiveness, dissects the mechanism that Zhengzhou airport and international land port improves the regional competitiveness of Henan Province, and finds that improving Henan regional factor endowment will promote the regional basis competitiveness, industrial concentration will improve the regional core competitiveness, and the fact that small regions drive a big province will promote the regional dominant competitiveness. Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions of improving the regional competitiveness of Henan Province.
