当前城市社区建设推进障碍与创新路径——基于社会资本的视角

Obstacles and Innovation Path of Current Urban Community Construction——Based on the Perspective of Social Capital

肇始于20世纪90年代的社会资本理论,为城市社区建设相关研究提供了崭新视角。目前,城市社区建设存在的诸多问题,如信任流失、规范不足等,都与社区社会资本弱化有重要关联。推动社区社会组织建设、完善社区规范体系、培养广泛密集的居民参与网络成为培育社区社会资本的指针和方向标。在此基础上,构建政府、社区自治与中介组织、社区居民等不同行为主体互动方式与机制,促进城市社区建设可持续发展。

The social capital theory in the 1990 s provided a new perspective for the urban community construction related research. At present,the city community construction has many problems,such as the loss of trust,the lack of specification and so on.The problems have important relation to the weakening of community social capital. Promoting the construction of community social organizations,improving the community norms system and cultivating a wide range of intensive residents to participate in the network become a guide to cultivate community social capital and the standard. On this basis,the government and community autonomy and intermediary organizations,community residents and other actors in different behaviors and mechanisms promote the sustainable development of urban community construction.
