循证护理在中老年下肢骨折患者时效护理中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in timely nursing of middle-aged and old patients with lower limb fracture

目的:探讨循证护理在中老年下肢骨折患者时效护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1~12月在我院创伤整复科接受治疗的老年下肢骨折患者140例,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取常规下肢骨折护理措施,观察组患者采取全方位的循证护理措施。比较两组患者护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对下肢骨折患者采取循证护理措施,可拓宽护理人员的眼界,提高护理人员的综合素质,提高患者的活动能力,有效缓解或消除患者的不良情绪,预防术后并发症,改善医患关系,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,在临床上具有一定的推广意义。

Objective: Discusses the evidence-based nursing in senile patients with lower limb fracture aging care application. Methods: Selected 140 old patients with lower limb fracture receiving treatment in traumatology department of our hospital from January to December 2016,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,where conventional nursing measures for lower limb fracture were taken for the patients in the control group,and comprehensive evidence-based nursing measures were taken for the patients in the observation group. Patients in the two groups were compared in nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of complications. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05) and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Taking evidence-based nursing measures for the patients with lower limb fracture could expand the horizon of nursing personnel,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing personnel,improve the patients' activity,effectively relieve or eliminate the patients' bad emotions,prevent post-operation complications,improve doctor-patient relation,improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing work,with promoting significance clinically.
