医护一体化模式下白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术的精准护理

Precise nursing of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in doctor-nurse integration model

目的:回顾分析医护一体化结合个体化精准护理对白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入手术(下称复明手术)患者的护理效果。方法:将2015年1~12月收治的468例白内障患者作为对照组,采用常规护理;将2016年1~12月收治的562例白内障患者作为观察组,通过组织成员,制订护理方案,采用共同交班、一起查房和责任护理等医护一体化方法联合个体化精准护理。比较两组患者并发症、住院时间和满意度。结果:与对照组比较,经过医护一体化结合个体化精准护理的复明手术患者的并发症明显减少(P<0.05),住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),患者对医护的满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化结合个体化精准护理复明手术患者的效果良好,促进患者术后恢复,减少住院时间,对和谐医患关系具有重要意义。

Objective: To evaluate the nursing effect of doctor-nurse integration combined with individualized precision nursing in patients with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation( hereinafter referred to as cataract surgery). Methods: A total of 468 cases of cataract patients treated from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as control group and were treated with routine nursing. A total of 562 cases of cataract patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 were treated as observation group. By organizing members to develop nursing measures,doctor-nurse integrationmodel was conducted by hand-over,ward rounds and responsible care combined with individualized care. The complications,hospitalization and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group,the complication of the patients treated with doctor-nurse integration and individualized precision care was significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). The hospitalization time was shortened( P < 0. 05) and the satisfaction degree of the patients was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of doctor-nurse integration and individualized precision nursing of patients has good effect,which can promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the hospitalization time of patients. It is of great significance to the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
