心血管介入室全方位有声渗透护理应用效果观察

Observation of application effect of omnidirectional audio penetration nursing in cardiovascular intervention room

目的:探讨心血管介入室全方位有声渗透护理模式的应用效果。方法:选择2016年7~9月进行冠心病介入治疗的患者53例作为对照组,采用常规护理;选择2016年10~12月收治的冠心病介入治疗患者53例作为试验组,采用全方位有声渗透护理。比较两组患者干预后的各相关观察指标。结果:试验组患者干预后焦虑评分和护理缺陷发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),依从性评分和护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管介入室护理过程中落实全方位有声渗透护理模式,能够显著缓解该类患者焦虑情绪,提高依从性、安全性与护理满意度。

Objective: To discuss the application effect of omnidirectional audio penetration nursing in cardiovascular invention room. Methods: Selected 53 patients receiving percutaneous coronary intervention treatment from July to September 2016 as the control group,and they were treated with conventional nursing; selected 53 patients receiving percutaneous coronary intervention treatment from October to December 2016 as the test group,and they were treated with omnidirectional audio penetration nursing was employed. Patients in the two groups were compared in relevant observation indicators after intervention.Results: After intervention,the anxiety scores and incidence rate of nursing defects of patients in the test group were lower than those of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05),the scores of compliance and satisfaction of patients in the test group were higher than those of patients in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The implementation of omnidirectional audio penetration nursing model in the nursing of cardiovascular invention room could significantly relieve the anxiety of the patient as well as improve compliance,safety and nursing satisfaction.
