摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环质量管理工具对无损伤穿刺针在输液港使用及减少针刺伤的作用效果。方法:运用PDCA循环质量管理工具对2015年1~6月输液港使用无损伤针头761例次中致针刺伤事件6例次进行原因分析、制订整改措施并实施效果评价。结果:通过措施改进2015年7~12月在输液港采用无损伤穿刺针821例次,针刺伤事件发生为0。结论:PDCA循环质量管理应用于无损伤针在输液港使用过程中,安全,操作简单,有效地降低输液港使用中针刺伤的发生。
Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle quality management tool on non-invasive puncture needle in implantable venous access port and reduce the needle stick injury. Methods: A total of 761 cases that used non-invasive puncture needle in implantable venous access port from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected,and among them 6 cases with needle stick injury were analyzed to make the rectification measures and evaluate the effect. Results: Through the measurements to improve 821 cases of non-invasive puncture needle in the implantable venous access port from July 2015 to December2015 and pricking wound event occurred with the number of 0. Conclusion: It is easy and safe to use PDCA cycle quality management on the non-invasive puncture needles in implantable venous access port. It can effectively reduce the occurrence of needle stick injury in the implantable venous access port.
