摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证护理对狂病患者心理状态和遵医行为的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年1~12月于本院诊治狂病患者80例,根据护理干预措施不同等分为中医辨证组和常规组。常规组给予常规护理,中医辨证组在常规组基础上给予中医辨证护理,统计分析所有患者护理效果、心理状态及遵医行为情况。结果:中医辨证组患者护理效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医辨证组患者干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医辨证组干预后遵医行为高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证护理对狂病患者有显著的护理效果,能改善患者的心理状态及遵医行为,值得在临床作进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) dialectical nursing on psychological status and compliance behavior of manic psychosis patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted in 80 cases of manic psychosis patients who received treatment in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. They were divided into TCM syndrome group and conventional group with the same number of patients according to different nursing interventions. Conventional group was treated with conventional treatment and the TCM syndrome group was given traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on the basis of routine treatment. The nursing effect,mental state and compliance behavior of all patients were analyzed statistically.Results: The nursing effect of TCM syndrome group was better than that of conventional group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were lower in the TCM syndrome group than those in the conventional group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The compliances of the patients in the TCM dialectical group was higher than that of the conventional group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM dialectical nursing has significant nursing effect on patients with manic psychosis,which can improve the psychological status and compliance behavior of the patients. It is worth to be further promoted in clinical practice.
