Objective: To explore the effect of emergency rapid nursing process on the treatment efficiency and satisfaction of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: By convenience sampling method,a total of 42 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from September 2015 to March 2016 were treated with routine emergency nursing procedure and were set up as control group. A total of 46 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from April 2016 to September 2016 were treated with emergency rapid nursing procedure and were set up as the observation group. The time from entering the emergency room to the diagnosis, the time from diagnosis to transfer to specialist or surgical treatment and the occurrence of asphyxia in the two groups were recorded and the satisfaction of family members was investigated. Results: The time from entering the emergency room to the diagnosis and the time from diagnosis to transfer to specialist or surgical treatment in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of family member of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Emergency rapid nursing process can shorten the treatment time of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
