FGO-WPUPA光固化阻隔涂料的制备及其对PLA薄膜阻氧性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以氧化石墨烯(GO)或经硅烷偶联剂处理的氧化石墨烯(FGO)和水性聚氨酯丙烯酸(WPUPA)光固化材料组成阻隔涂料,采用表面涂覆阻隔涂料法来提高聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜的阻氧性能,并通过等压法测试了涂覆薄膜的氧气透过率,考察了GO和FGO添加量、涂覆层厚度对PLA薄膜阻氧性能的影响。结果表明,在提高PLA薄膜阻氧性能上FGO比GO具有更好的效果,添加极少量的FGO即可显著降低涂覆薄膜的氧气透过率,采用0.5%(质量分数,下同)FGO-WPUPA涂覆PLA后其氧气透过率为234cm^3/(m^2·24h),比纯PLA薄膜降低了42%;FGO最佳添加量为1.0%、涂覆层厚度最佳为45μm时,薄膜氧气透过率为198cm3/(m^2·24h),比纯PLA薄膜降低了51.6%。 Graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane acrylic (GO-WPUPA) and silane coupling treated graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane acrylic (FGO-WPUPA) barrier coatings were prepared and then coated on the surface of poly (lactic acid) (PLA) films. An investigation on the oxygen bairier performance was conducted toward these coated PLA tilms. The rthat FGO-WPUPA coating was more effective for the improvement of oxygen bairier performance than GO-WPUPA. The addition of a small amount of FGO into WPUPA can significantly reduce the oxygen transmission rate of PLA tilm. When 0. 5 wt % of FGO was added, the oxygen transmission rate was reduced to 234 cm3/(m2 · 24 h) for the tilm coated by 0. 5 % of FGO- WPUPA coating. This resulted in a decrease by 42 % in comparation with pristine PLA tilm. An optimal content of FGO in the coating was determined as 1. 0 wt %, and meanwhile, the optimal thickness of FGO-WPUPA barrier coating could be determined as 45 μm. With such optimal conditions, the oxygen transmission rate of the tilms was reduced by 51. 6 % compared with pristine PLA tilm.
