摘要
以丙三醇为支化剂,己二酸和1,4-丁二醇为原料,通过酯化缩聚法合成出一系列具有不同特性黏度的支化聚己二酸丁二醇酯(BPBA),并将BPBA作为增塑剂应用在聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,与4种传统增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、线形聚己二酸丁二醇酯(LPBA)和环氧大豆油(ESBO)、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)分别进行了性能对比。结果表明,当支化剂含量为0.5%(物质的量百分比),反应时间为5h时,BPBA的特性黏度最小为0.105dL/g;当BPBA含量为0.5%时,PVC/BPBA样品的断裂伸长率比PVC/LPBA和PVC/ESBO分别提高了22.4%和14.6%,低温韧性分别提高了15.7%和34.8%;BPBA相比于DOP、ATBC具有更好的热稳定性和耐迁出性。
A series of branched poly(butylene adipate)(BPBA)were synthesized by using adipic acid and 1,4-butanediol as raw materials and glycerol as a branching agent.BPBA was used as a plasticizer for poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC),and a comparative investigation on the plasticizing effect was performed between BPBA and other four classical plasticizers,including dioctyl phthalate(DOP),linear poly(butylene adipate)(LPBA),epoxy soybean oil(ESBO)and acetyl acetyl citrate(ATBC).The results indicated that the resultant BPBA achieved a minimum viscosity of 0.105dL/g at the branching agent content of 0.5 % and the reaction time of 5h.BPBA exhibited a better plasticizing effect for PVC than LPBA and ESBO,and the PVC plasticized with 0.5 wt % BPBA gained an improvement by 22.4 % and 14.6 % in elongation at break compared with LPBA and ESBO,respectively.Moreover,the low temperature toughness also increased by 15.7 % and 34.8 %.In addition,BPBA exhibited a better thermal stability and resistance to migration in comparison with DOP and ATBC.
