摘要
为实现废旧聚丙烯(PP)的循环利用,对废旧PP采取了熔融共混改性处理。利用改性后的云母粉与高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)协同增强增韧废旧PP,研究了云母粉和PE-HD用量对复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,随着云母粉含量的增加,废旧PP/云母粉的力学性能呈现先增加后下降的趋势,熔体流动速率持续降低,断面形貌出现较多的纤维束;随着PE-HD含量的增加,废旧PP/云母粉/PE-HD复合材料的力学性能及熔体流动速率均呈现增大的趋势,且此时复合材料的断面形貌有更为明显的纤维束,其断裂模式为韧性断裂。
For the recycling and reutilization of waste polypropylene(PP),the waste PP was compounded with mica powders and high-density polyethylene(PE-HD)through a melt blending method.Effects of mica powders and PE-HD on various properties of the resulting composites were investigated extensively.The results indicated that mechanical properties of the waste PP exhibited an increase at first and then tended to decrease with increasing content mica powders,but the melt flow rate decreased continuously.There were lots of fiber bundles observed on the fracture surface of the composites.However,both mechanical properties and melt flow rate presented an increasing trend with increasing content of PE-HD.Morphology of the fracture surface also reveals more fiber bundles,indicating a typical ductile fracture.
