某水电站钢筋砼压力水管裂缝成因试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 水电站在我国的水利建设中占据重要的地位,作为水电站的重要组成部分,压力水管安全性对水电站的稳定运行至关重要。针对某水电站钢筋混凝土压力水管出现裂缝的情况,为了研究其开裂成因,采用现场试验和有限元计算分析的方法,对水电站压力水管进行甩负荷试验,并进行裂缝宽度变化的长期监测、统计和计算分析,结果指出:管道裂缝宽度变化与季节和昼夜温度变化关系较大,应重视压力水管的温度效应与养护,可为同类型的水电站设计和维护提供借鉴和参考意义。 Hydropower station plays an important role in irrigation works in China. As an important part of hydropower station,reinforced concrete penstock is very important to the stable operation of hydropower station. In order to study the causes of cracks in the reinforced concrete penstock of a hydropower station,the field test and the finite element method were adopted,load rejection experiment of the penstock was carried out,and long term monitoring and statistically analysis on crack width variation were conducted. The results show that the variation of pipeline crack is related to the variation of seasonal and diurnal temperature in reinforced concrete penstock. More attention should be paid to temperature effect and maintenance of reinforced concrete penstock,which can provide significant reference for design and maintenance of the same type of hydropower station.
