基于信息共享的航材需求链牛鞭效应分析

Analysis of Bullwhip Effect in Air Material Demand Chain Based on Information Sharing

航材需求链中的牛鞭效应会导致需求逐级放大,使得采购量过多,库存规模居高不下,影响经济效益的提升。因此论文利用移动平均法将航材需求链中的牛鞭效应进行量化分析,在研究其形成的机理的基础上,提出了利用信息共享抑制和弱化牛鞭效应影响的策略,并从定量的角度分析了不同信息共享程度对牛鞭效应的弱化作用,研究结果对于提升航材保障的军事经济效益具有重要的指导意义。

The bullwhip effect in the demand chain of the air material will lead to the gradual enlargement of the demand,which makes the purchase amount and the inventory scale too high,affects the improvement of the economic benefit. Therefore,this paper uses the moving average method to quantify the bullwhip effect in the demand chain of the air material. On the basis of studying the mechanism of its formation,this paper puts forward the strategy of using the information sharing to suppress and weaken the bullwhip effect,and from the quantitative point of view This paper analyzes the weakening effect of different information sharing on the bullwhip effect,and the research results have great significance to enhance the military economic benefit of the air material logistics.
