摘要
目前海上大部分船只均装有ARPA雷达和AIS设备,但很少有对海面目标实时成像设备,而且雷达和AIS设备也只是作为独立系统并没有联合使用。论文设计了一种基于红外热像仪、雷达和AIS的船用海面监视系统,给出了系统的设备组成,研究了雷达和AIS信息融合方法以及红外成像仪控制方法,并对监视系统显控软件进行了设计。
At present,most of the ships are equipped with automatic radar plotting aid and automatic identification system.However,there are few real time imaging equipment for sea targets,and radar and AIS are used as stand-alone systems and are not combined. In this paper,a marine monitoring system on the ocean based on infrared thermal imager,radar and AIS is designed.First,equipment of the system is built. Moreover,method of radar and AIS information fusion and infrared thermal imager control are studied. Finally,the display control software of monitoring system is designed.
