摘要
本文对霍山落叶阔叶林群落进行研究,通过绘制种-面积曲线和群落系数-面积曲线的方法确定本样地群落的最小取样面积。研究结果表明:根据种-面积曲线所确定的一次性调查既获得研究区落叶阔叶林群落80%以上的木本植物种类,又可节约资本。但由于一次性大样地调查和多个小样地调查在对群落物种多样性调查究中,各有利弊,因此还需要在实践中进一步验证。
Deciduous broadleaf forest community in Huoshan Mountain was studied in this paper and minimum sampling area was determined by drawing species-area curve and community coefficients-area curve. Results showed that general survey,determined by species-area curve, could obtain more than 80% woody plant species of the research area and save expense.However, due to the advantages and disadvantages of general survey and multi-small sample survey, further research still needs to be done.
