摘要
为改善现有油菜割晒机的放铺质量,设计4SY-2.2型卧式油菜割晒机割台。割台整体为倾斜式,采用曲柄摇杆滑槽式切割机构、四排不等距链齿式输送装置、偏心式拨禾轮和侧立刀装置。以油菜植株的形态参数为依据,分析确定割台的结构参数和运行参数。采用拆杆法对切割机构进行运动分析。通过受力分析得到避免排禾口堵塞的条件,并确定拨禾齿长度和伸出台面长度。田间试验表明:割茬整齐,输送流畅,放铺有序;平均割茬高度366.0 mm,平均铺放宽度798.0 mm,平均铺放厚度256.0 mm,平均铺放角度48.0°。满足后熟条件和后续机械化捡拾的作业要求。
In order to improve the swath quality of existing rape swather, the cut-table for 4SY-2. 2 type horizontal rapeswather is designed in this paper. The cut-table is gradient, and it consists of a cutting mechanism with crank rocker slidegroove, a chain-rod conveyer component, an eccentric reel and a side vertical sickle. On the basis of morphological parame-ters of the rape, the structure parameters and operating parameters of the cut-table are analyzed and confirmed. The kinematicanalysis of the cut mechanism is accomplished by means of divideing assur group. Relational expression exposed stalk exhaustcongestion is inferred by the force analysis. The arc transition of the discharge line is effectively avoided and blocked. Thefield experiments show that the cutting stubble is orderly, the conveying fluid is smooth, and the arrangement is well-aligned;the average height of the cutting stubble is 366. 0mm, the average layer width is 798. 0mm, the average thickness is 256.0mm, and the average value of laying angel is 48. 0°. It′s indicated that it could meet the requirements of after-ripening con-dition and subsequent mechanization pick-up operation.
